Matthew J. Goodwin is Professor of Political Science at the University of Kent and Senior Fellow at the Legatum Institute. He is the author of six books, including the Sunday Times bestsellers National Populism and Values, Voice and Virtue.
Doug Stokes is a Senior Advisor at the Legatum Institute and a Professor of International Security and Strategy at the University of Exeter. He is an accomplished academic and security expert.
