Hannah Bowes-Smith is our FORUM Network Coordinator. Before coming to the Legatum Institute, Hannah worked as a Parliamentary Assistant and Researcher to Baroness Finlay of Llandaff. She also worked closely with members of both Houses of Parliament, as well as campaign groups and expert organisations, on a range of issues including domestic abuse, mental capacity, and health and social care. Prior to her work in the House of Lords, Hannah studied at the University of Cambridge where she read Education, Policy and International Development.
