Researcher, The African Prosperity Programme
Ernest is a researcher for the Legatum Institute’s African Prosperity programme. Alongside his work at the Institute, Ernest is the head of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Higherlife Foundation. Previously, he spent more than two years working for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) on the Malaria Elimination project in Zimbabwe. Ernest graduated with a degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Zimbabwe, and is awaiting his results for his Masters in Bio-statistics and Epidemiology. Ernest is motivated by his desire to convert Africa’s challenges into opportunities.
