Internships

A small number of internships are offered at Legatum Institute throughout the year. These are advertised here as and when they become available.

We currently have the following Internship position available:

Research Intern (The Culture of Prosperity)

Position:

Our research team is looking for an Intern to support our The Culture of Prosperity programme.

The role will involve: research in support of programme growth and development; organisational assistance with lectures and seminars; editorial and fact-checking assistance with publications; written content for website and other publications; and managing communications with programme speakers and participants, including database management. 

Internship details:

The placement is full time for a period of 6 months. Applicants must be able to work in the United Kingdom and be available for an end of August/early September start.

All interns will be paid the national living wage and work a 37.5 hour week (9.00am to 5.30pm with an hour lunch break). Please note out of hours working will often be required, though you will be given time back to offset those occasions.

Interns are expected to carry out general office duties as required.

Position:

We are looking for an Intern to support an exciting array of programmes in our Economics of Prosperity team.

The role will involve: organisational assistance with publication launches and seminars; research in support of programme development and marketing; managing communications with programme participants; editorial and fact-checking assistance and written content for website.

Internship details:

The placement is full time for a period of 6 months. Applicants must be able to work in the United Kingdom and be available for an immediate start.
